“I am pleased that as to the salary Kiev is always at the first place. At present the average salary of the Kiev citizen is almost 2.5 times higher than that in Ukraine and almost ten times as high as the minimum salary in Ukraine. The average salary in Kiev today is 8230.8 UAH, while the average salary in the country is 3506.5 UAH. Of course, it is mostly so because in Kiev there are most of the head offices of large Ukrainian and international companies. Thanks to this the most talented and clever people in Ukraine come to Kiev and they make the city and the country better,” said Leonid Chernovetskiy.
