GOLD BAR FOR CONSCIENTIOUS PAYERS FOR HOUSING AND UTILITIES SERVICES

I was very pleased to pass these prizes and gifts to the people of Kiev, the most conscientious of them, who paid their utility bills on time, no matter what. It is worth noting that among these people there were almost no rich people.

For the well-coordinated work of all public utilities, the most important thing is timely financing and timely payment by the population of the public services received and used by them. Therefore, I wanted to somehow interest people so that they pay their bills on time In 2008, a drawing of gold bars was initiated among the most conscientious payers for housing and utilities services - people who always paid on time for the services received.

The terms of the ruffle provided that in the period from August 2006 to the date of the lottery, taking into account all available calculated payments, there should be no arrears in payment of housing and utilities services.

There were about 94 thousand such payers. To participate in the draw, it was necessary to register in the call center. The drawing of prizes usually took place in the Hall of Columns of the KSCA.

People could learn about the results of the drawing through the municipal mass media, on the web portal of the Kyiv City Administration, on the website of the KP "GIVTs", and in case of winning information was printed the in the winner’s bill for housing and communal services for the next month after the drawing

We raffled a lot of prizes among the participants in addition to the gold bars. So, for example, on August 27, 2008, during the next such event for conscientious payers for housing and communal services, the following prizes were raffled: 10 gold bank bars of different weights (3 pieces weighing 5 grams, 7 pieces weighing 2.5 grams), 100 silver commemorative coins, 300 certificates , which provided the right to receive a guaranteed bonus from Alfa-Bank, 500 household water filters and six multifunctional devices (printer/scanner/copier).

During such events, I always sincerely thanked and was grateful to each participant in the drawing!
