RIVER TRAM AND WATER
On July 24, 2009, there was the ceremonial opening of the river tram in Kyiv. Its route went from Poshtova Square to Bereznyaki through the Dnepr metro station.

GOLD BAR FOR CONSCIENTIOUS PAYERS FOR HOUSING AND UTILITIES SERVICES
In 2008, a drawing of prizes was initiated among the most conscientious payers for housing and communal services, who always paid on time for the services received. There were about 94 thousand such payers.

THE RICH PAY FOR THE POOR
My idea was to make the very rich people who live in Kyiv, and there are at least 20% of Kyiv residents, to bear the cost of paying utility bills by differentiating tariffs.

AUTO AUCTIONS
In order to save budgetary funds and reduce the cost of maintaining the bureaucracy, I decided to organize an auction for the sale of cars owned by the public utility company "Motor Transport Enterprise of the Kyiv City Council."

All US presidents are used to held such public meetings with business representatives that fill the country's budget, but for Ukraine and Kyiv it was know-how.

In 2007, the "Mayor's Hour" program came on air every Friday at the “Kyiv” TV and Radio Company. It began constantly at the same time, at 7 pm, and lasted for an hour.

On June 24, 2008, I signed an order "On the erection of a monument to journalist Georgy Gongadze and journalists who died under unclear circumstances."

All the most important decisions in the Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv City State Administration were made by me only after discussing them live with all the residents of Kiev. I was the only one person in Ukraine who held public hearings of this level.

It was also important that people trusted this service and me in particular - they knew that by contacting "15-51" they could solve a problem, any problem, and most importantly they could do it without bribes, acquaintances, completely free of charge!!! I am proud of this project!
