DRAFT LAW ON REGULATION OF THE ISSUES RELATED TO ALLOWANCE FOR THE OFFICIALS OF ALL BRANCHES OF POWER IN UKRAINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS OF ACTIVITY OF A LEGAL AND DEMOCRATIC STATE

The Draft Law is designed to reincorporate as joint-stock companies and privatize the enterprises that are at the disposal of the central state authorities of Ukraine; revoke all regulations of Ukraine which established any personal benefits for officials of the above agencies, etc.

DRAFT LAW ON REPEAL OF BENEFITS AND PRIVILEGES FOR OFFICIALS OF ALL BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE

The Draft Law is designed to reincorporate as joint-stock companies and privatize the departmental enterprises, rehabilitation and health establishments in the possession of the highest agencies of the State, central executive authorities; repeal all regulations that set any personal benefits and privileges for officials of these authorities.

DRAFT LAW ON TEMPORARY PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION OF PUNISHMENT ON JUDICIAL SENTENCES IN THE FORM OF DEPRIVATION OF FREEDOM FOR THOSE CONVICTED OF COMMITTING A CRIME STIPULATED IN ARTICLE 212 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The Draft Law is designed to set a moratorium on the application of custodial sentence for those convicted of committing a crime stipulated in Article 212 of the Criminal Code, private entrepreneurs and officials being entrepreneurs.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The purpose of this Draft Law is to establish criminal responsibility for infringement of the political independence of a People's Deputy of Ukraine or a head of a political party on the part of the officials of the special investigative agencies of the state executive authorities through the use of threats, blackmail, extortion, or slander.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CRIMINAL AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The purpose of this Draft Law is to encourage officials to bring to all courts, to each judge one hundred per cent of the funds allocated for their funding from the State Budget of Ukraine. The violation of this law would entail the felon's dock, real punishment.
