DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 1 OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF CULTURAL PROPERTY SITES

The purpose of this Draft Law is to settle some of the problems that have arisen in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On temporary prohibition of cultural property sites”. The adoption of the Draft Law will facilitate the enforcement of the rights of both individuals and entities for the privatization of non-living premises.

DRAFT LAW ON SEIZURE AND FURTHER PRIVATIZATION OF PROPERTY OF THE FEDERATION OF TRADE UNIONS OF UKRAINE IN ORDER TO RETURN TO UKRAINIAN CITIZENS THE ASSETS THAT WERE LOST DUE TO THE FAULT OF THE STATE

This Draft Law provides for the seizure and subsequent privatization of property belonging to the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine within a year from the date of its entry into force hereunder.
