DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONS TO ARTICLE 12 OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE”
The purpose of this Draft Law is to overcome the threats to local democracy, to ensure equal opportunities for candidates for the head of a village, a town, or a city during the election campaign, taking into account the peculiar properties of the current stage of development of the Ukrainian state and the electoral process.
