DRAFT LAW “ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE ON PROCEDURE FOR LIQUIDATION OF OBLIGATIONS OF TAXPAYERS TO BUDGETS AND STATE TRUST FUNDS”

This Draft Law establishes the procedure for liquidation of obligations of legal entities or individuals to budgets and state trust funds for taxes and fees, charges and payment of fines and penalties applied against taxpayers by the regulatory authorities.
