DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON FIRE SAFETY”

This Draft Law contains proposals to amend the Law of Ukraine “On Fire Safety” with a view to organizing activities in the field of fire safety. In particular, they (the proposals) are aimed at clarifying the provisions relating to the distribution of powers in the field of fire safety; responsibilities of enterprises, organizations and institutions in terms of ensuring the fire safety, etc.

DRAFT LAW ON WEAPONS

This Draft Law is aimed at regulating the weapons trafficking in Ukraine and was submitted to replace the previously distributed projects of similar laws in the registry under No. 1171 of June 6, 2002, and No. 1171-1 of October 2, 2002. Unfortunately, recommendations given by the Chief Scientific and Expert Directorate were not fully taken into account when finalizing these projects.
