DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS”

The purpose of the proposed Draft Law is to eliminate all conflicts and gaps in the legislation of Ukraine, to gain social respect to judicial decisions, to eliminate the priority of the state budget over the creditors at the expense of creditors themselves, etc. The project eliminates the corrupt practices and possible acts of omission of state enforcement officers.

DRAFT DECREE ON ADOPTION OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 57 OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE AS A WHOLE”

This Decree includes a provision for the adoption of the mentioned Law as a whole.
