OPINION ON THE DRAFT LAW OF UKRAINE “ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE ACTS OF UKRAINE”

This Draft Law is aimed at promoting the fight against the illicit trade in cells of human embryos through the introduction of amendments to Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On transplantation of organs and other anatomic materials of a human” and to Article 143 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

DRAFT LAW ON PROTECTION OF PUBLIC MORALS FROM THE PRODUCTS PROPAGATING PORNOGRAPHY

This Draft Law is aimed at promoting the aesthetic education of the citizens of Ukraine due to restrictions or bans on distribution of pornographic products. This Law is also designed to ban the distribution of materials of pornographic or sexual nature which may cause moral harm to public morality, children, adolescents and youth.
