This Draft Law is designed to introduce amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences in order to establish liability for failure to comply with the legislation of Ukraine concerning the registration of regulatory legal acts.

This Draft Law is designed to introduce amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine which would improve the procedure for review under cassational procedure of resolutions or orders of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, in particular, provide for the participation of representatives of the parties in the dispute and procedure for securing a claim.
