DRAFT LAW ON SEIZURE AND FURTHER PRIVATIZATION OF PROPERTY OF THE FEDERATION OF TRADE UNIONS OF UKRAINE IN ORDER TO RETURN TO UKRAINIAN CITIZENS THE ASSETS THAT WERE LOST DUE TO THE FAULT OF THE STATE

This Draft Law provides for the seizure and subsequent privatization of property belonging to the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine within a year from the date of its entry into force hereunder.

DRAFT LAW ON PROTECTION OF PUBLIC MORALS FROM THE PRODUCTS PROPAGATING PORNOGRAPHY

This Draft Law is aimed at promoting the aesthetic education of the citizens of Ukraine due to restrictions or bans on distribution of pornographic products. This Law is also designed to ban the distribution of materials of pornographic or sexual nature which may cause moral harm to public morality, children, adolescents and youth.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The purpose of this Draft Law is to establish criminal responsibility for infringement of the political independence of a People's Deputy of Ukraine or a head of a political party on the part of the officials of the special investigative agencies of the state executive authorities through the use of threats, blackmail, extortion, or slander.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO CERTAIN LAWS OF UKRAINE

This Draft Law is designed to settle the legislative procedure for allocation of a temporary public monetary aid to children who are not sustained by parents. The Draft Law is aimed at ensuring decent living conditions for children.

This Draft Law shall allow the banks to establish their own business units equipped with automatic and semi-automatic rifled firearms.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONS TO THE CRIMINAL AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The purpose of this Draft Law is to encourage officials to bring to all courts, to each judge one hundred per cent of the funds allocated for their funding from the State Budget of Ukraine. The violation of this law would entail the felon's dock, real punishment.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS”

The purpose of the proposed Draft Law is to eliminate all conflicts and gaps in the legislation of Ukraine, to gain social respect to judicial decisions, to eliminate the priority of the state budget over the creditors at the expense of creditors themselves, etc. The project eliminates the corrupt practices and possible acts of omission of state enforcement officers.

DRAFT DECREE ON ADOPTION OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 57 OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE AS A WHOLE”

This Decree includes a provision for the adoption of the mentioned Law as a whole.
