OPINION ON THE DRAFT LAW OF UKRAINE “ON EFFECTING PAYMENTS WITHIN UKRAINE AND THE PROCEDURE FOR ENSURING PERFORMANCE OF TAX LIABILITIES”

The Draft Law provides for amending the existing procedure for payment of taxes or, in the words of this project, “performance of tax liabilities”.

DRAFT LAW ON INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO ARTICLE 6 AND ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW OF UKRAINE “ON VALUE ADDED TAX”

This Draft Law is designed to reduce the rate of value added tax from 20 to 0.01% and set a moratorium on changing the rate of this tax during a 5-year period.
